Post-Work Day Mindful Meditation

Join General Assembly Chicago and learn some basics of meditation that can be easily implemented in your day-to-day routine with Karianne Wardell. Take a break after your workday grind, and spend 30 minutes on breath, body and mind. Head home with an open mind, clear head and totally zenned-out sense of self.
