The Technical Content Specialist is a key member of Shure's product development team. You will become an expert on the use of Shure audio products, including microphones, headphones, wireless systems, sound reinforcement, and conferencing systems. Collaborating directly with Product Managers, Developers, Designers, and Researchers, your comprehensive understanding and analysis of customer needs, product functionality, and market segments results in comprehensive and engaging content for end-users. This content takes the form of manuals, web copy, video scripts, illustrations, animations, and any other formats that provide the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Intermediate knowledge in structured authoring, information design, user assistance, and context-sensitive help systems of are all part of your skillset. You are always keeping an eye on ways to apply emerging technology to deliver outstanding content interaction. In this role, you be a champion of creativity, collaboration, authenticity, and quality, while cultivating our culture of growth, opportunity, and learning.
